Put quite simply, we train people in personal security awareness and advise companies as to Duty of Care. 

Monact has offered consulting services to organisations with international footprints for over a decade and in that time we’ve advised on best policy for operations in complex environments as diverse as Pakistan, Colombia, the Lebanon, Somalia and Russia. 

Business travel has always been subject to risk and responsible organisations have addressed the issue with success. However, today’s business traveller faces far more diverse problems than a decade ago. 

Founder Mark Lowe designed his first Travel Security Awareness course in 1999, since then the contents have been constantly updated and now tackle a number of issues that were almost irrelevant before the turn of the century. 

In addition to introducing new courses, Mark has been joined by a select number of internationally recognised industry specialists each of whom bring their own know-how and experience to the workshops and advisory services currently offered by Monact.

This is exactly what we do during our Negotiations Workshops where we place highly experienced hostage negotiations professionals in direct contact with procurement managers, lawyers, contract managers and others with a requirement to improve their negotiation skills.

COPING WITH A CRISIS -    ..

Critical incidents can strike at any time. A coordinated response and the correct engagement with internal and external stakeholders may prevent a critical incident turning into a communications crisis.

While a critical incident is unfolding there is no time for trial and error, staff must be prepared and able to respond effectively. The course is designed to prepare a leadership team to respond and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
